OK, so @Michael Martine plays dodgeball - I'm collecting suggestions for a blog post on how others blow off steam after a stressful or busy day. What do you do to decompress after a hard day? Are you more likely to do something relaxing or something physical?
I want to share two videos with everyone this morning - this came from Michael Bungay Stanier of Box of Crayons. The first is called "212" -- it's about that one extra degree of effort that takes water from hot at 211 degrees F. to boiling at 212 - "with boiling water, comes steam. With steam, you can power a train." - You can see it at http://www.just212.com/be212/ with no opt-in required.
The second is called "Smile and Move" - and it's kind of in a similar vein. View this one at http://www.smileandmove.com/changeit/ - also no opt-in.
As Michael noted, I like the 212 video better, but they're both excellent - high production values, short, to the point, and sure to generate some discussion or inner monologue of your own if you let them.
