		<description>Hey Sarakastic! Good to see you again. Well, I don&#039;t know that the Vitamin D&#039;s relieving the pain but it&#039;s an interesting thought, isn&#039;t it? I&#039;m just glad whenever anyone makes even the slightest progress towards understanding this illness. I think the warmth is also beneficial. Which sucks for me, because I hate to be hot, but I do have to admit that being warm helps the pain level.</description>

		<description>In general I&#039;ve found that laying out in the sun helps my pain level and fibro fog.  Not a ton, but enough to make it worthwhile.  Now I know why.</description>
